  • Who is BROAD & SWAN?
    BROAD & SWAN was founded by Simon and I am from Dublin, Ireland. I established the brand whilst having more time on my hands during the pandemic. I wanted to pursue my own business doing something I am proud of with a product I love. My aim is to deliver a premium product without the luxury price.
  • Where are the watches made?
    BROAD & SWAN watches are made in Switzerland. They meet all of the criteria set out by the Federation of the Swiss Watchmaking Industry to carry the Swiss Made label. They are manufactured in Solothurn, Switzerland in a building steeped with watchmaking heritage.
  • What is the return and refund policy?
    BROAD & SWAN offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Watches must be returned in original packaging and not worn (only to be tried on). Once returned and verified all is as it should be, a refund will be paid by same means customer has paid, i.e. debit card, PayPal All of my watches come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty on working parts.   • Where do you ship to?
    Broad & Swan offer worldwide delivery with UPS
  • Are your watch straps genuine leather?
    Our watch straps are genuine leather.
  • Are your watches automatic or quartz?
    At the moment they are all premium quartz models.
  • What movements do you use?
    We currently use ETA and Ronda quartz movements.
